Every enquiry on this page goes through the same six-point brief — it's what we need to put a real number on real work, not a ballpark. No brief, no quote.

Process

From spec to switched on.

Illuminated signage lives or dies on the electrical and lighting decisions made before production — not after.

01

Brief & lighting spec

Your drawings, dimensions and target price become a locked spec: which of the five formats, face-lit or halo, single colour or RGB, and the IP rating the install location needs.

02

Engineering

Production drawings, mounting detail and the electrical plan — driver placement, power draw, day/night dimming — signed off before anything gets cut.

03

Production & light-testing

Your locked spec goes into production against the engineering drawings — letters or cabinets to size, LEDs or neon fitted and wired in — with every piece run and light-tested before it ships to site.

04

Placement & night check

Shipped to your business for self-install with our placement guide, or mounted and connected on site by a professional placer — then checked after dark to confirm it reads exactly the way it was designed to.
